Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders.
Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
PLEASE NOTE: All orders are shipped within 72 hours of a confirmed payment.
All Shipping is done VIA USPS or UPS, We will ship USPS First Class on occassion.
Our most used shipping guide is USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail with delivery confirmation.
All Orders are shipped discreetly in plain white or brown packaging.
All orders have tracking.
WE SHIP TO ALL P.O. BOXES. All GLASS requires insurance. This is the only way to safegaurd your shipment.
We prefer to ship USPS Flat Rate wherever possible to save you money.
